In-House Training
Carol provides in-house training for governments, universities, businesses and community organisations across Australia and New Zealand who are looking to build creative problem solving and innovation skills. Her unique programs are tailored to suit each organisation’s individual needs and in most cases provide the added bonus that participants learn while working to solve a current organisational challenge.

Mentoring
Carol provides the following mentoring programs:
- One-on-one mentoring for people who want to take their problem solving/innovation knowledge and expertise to the next level.
- Mentoring for individuals/teams as they work through their first project after training.
- ‘Critical Friend’ engagements in relation to project advice, how to embed a deliberate practice of problem solving and how to develop a culture of innovation across teams and organisations.
‘Pick-your-brain’ sessions:
Carol often receives “pick your brain for a coffee” requests. That much caffeine isn’t good for her health! And it doesn’t leave much time for her paid work either. So she now offers a limited number of ‘pick-your-brain’ once-off sessions for those who don’t need a full mentoring program. They are available over the phone or by skype at $375 + GST per 30 minutes.
